Art Bergmann Songs for the Underclass

I have no idea who Art Bergmann is, but obviously he's back. Haha. According to Wikipedia he was one of "the key figures in Canadian punk rock in the late 1970s". He sounds a bit like Tom Petty to me, so I like him.

This is his "Songs for the Underclass" EP, which you can listen to in full now via Exclaim.
