Up til now I've perceived Brooklyn's Liturgy as a metal band. With "The Ark Work" that changes for the most part.
The band's upcoming new album, which you can stream via NPR in full right now, is a circus of sounds, bursts, staccati, vocals, roaring thunders. It's experimental and a bolus, that takes time to be swallowed.
