Has it ever come to your mind to book a DJ for your party instead of putting together a playlist on your own? I've recently stumbled across an offering and made up my mind.
So, I've worked for several companies so far and I have of course visited quite a number of parties. And I know that you can book DJs for these company events or some other public offerings. But the music that is played there often causes bodily injuries. As long as the event is not a niche event with attendees fanatically hailing to a certain music genre DJs usually have to hit a broader popular taste - escpecially if they are not too sure about the audience. Maybe there are some, that actually can adapt quickly to the listening or dancing audience. But would you take the risk?
I was pretty surprised when I read that people actually book unknown DJs even for their birthday. I for sure would never ever do that, which is mainly due to the fact that my taste in music is actually pretty special. I'm sure I could put together an awesome playlist for a general audience, but to make me dance and forget everything around me, you need to have a very good day, Mr. DJ.
Coming back to the DJ booking thingy: Reviews and ratings suggest, that the option to book someone to play music at your party, wedding or company event seems to be valid. I also read that there are companies specialized on training common people to be DJs. The Party DJ aus München (Party DJ from Munich) I came across also offers to submit your own playlist which the DJ will play later on.
